1. OVER DIT SPEL
Kabinet Jetten: 4 Jaar OPHEF is een satirisch politiek spel, geproduceerd door de Politieke Popcorncast. Door het spel te spelen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
2. SATIRE EN FICTIE
Dit spel is een werk van politieke satire. Alle dialogen, scenario's en uitkomsten zijn fictief en satirisch bedoeld.
- Personages in het spel zijn fictieve karikaturen geinspireerd op publieke figuren in hun hoedanigheid als publieke personen.
- Niets in dit spel pretendeert feitelijke uitspraken, meningen of handelingen van echte personen weer te geven.
- Het spel maakt gebruik van overdrijving, ironie en humor als artistieke middelen, zoals gebruikelijk in politieke satire.
- Politieke satire is beschermd onder de vrijheid van meningsuiting (Artikel 10 EVRM, Artikel 7 Nederlandse Grondwet) en de vrijheid van kunstuiting.
3. LEEFTIJDSCLASSIFICATIE
Dit spel is bedoeld voor spelers van 12 jaar en ouder. Het bevat:
- Satirische weergave van politiek en maatschappij
- Mild taalgebruik passend bij politieke satire
- Verwijzingen naar echte politieke gebeurtenissen in satirische context
4. INTELLECTUEEL EIGENDOM
- De spelcode, dialogen, scenario's, muziek en originele beeldmaterialen zijn eigendom van de Politieke Popcorncast.
- Het lettertype "Press Start 2P" wordt gebruikt onder de SIL Open Font License.
- Gebruik, kopie of distributie van het spel of onderdelen daarvan zonder toestemming is niet toegestaan.
5. SCOREBORD EN GEBRUIKERSCONTENT
- Highscore-namen die je indient zijn publiek zichtbaar voor alle spelers.
- Wij behouden het recht om namen te verwijderen die beledigend, discriminerend of anderszins ongepast zijn.
- Voer geen persoonlijke gegevens in als highscore-naam.
6. BESCHIKBAARHEID
Het spel wordt aangeboden "as is". Wij garanderen geen ononderbroken beschikbaarheid en kunnen het spel op elk moment wijzigen, updaten of offline halen.
7. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID
- De makers zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van het spel.
- Het spel is bedoeld als entertainment en niet als politiek advies of feitelijke berichtgeving.
- Beslissingen gebaseerd op informatie uit het spel zijn geheel voor eigen risico.

This game is a work of political satire. All dialogues, scenarios, and outcomes are fictional and intended as satire.
- Characters in the game are fictional caricatures inspired by public figures in their capacity as public persons.
- Nothing in this game claims to represent actual statements, opinions, or actions of real persons.
- The game uses exaggeration, irony, and humor as artistic tools, as is customary in political satire.
- Political satire is protected under freedom of expression (Article 10 ECHR, Article 7 Dutch Constitution) and artistic freedom.
3. AGE RATING

5. LEADERBOARD AND USER CONTENT
- Highscore names you submit are publicly visible to all players.
